Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping address information is accurate and complete, as well as paying any applicable customs fees or import duties if required by local authorities. Failure to provide correct address details or required customs documentation may result in the return of the parcel to our facility. In such cases, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
